Oct. 29 (Bloomberg) — Toshiba Corp., Japan’s biggest chipmaker, said second-quarter net income fell 28 percent. Net income declined to 25 billion yen ($219 million) in the three months ended Sept. 30, from 34.8 billion yen a year earlier, the Tokyo-based company said in a statement today.
